We are looking for an HR assistant to join our team!

Role and main tasks
As an HR-assistant you will mainly work with supportive and administrative tasks. This position reports to the CHRO (HR Manager). The team currently consists of 1 HR Generalist and 1 Payroll Specialist.
The position is initially a fixed-term position for 1 year. Start date: as soon as possible, preferably before the summer.
💼 HR Support & Coordination
- Support HR-team with people processes, administration and coordination
- Support managers and employees with HR related questions and tasks
- Own and manage the HR mailbox, ensuring timely and professional responses.
📊 HR Systems & Administration
- Handle day-to-day HR administration
- Support and maintain HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency
- Manage employee and consultant data updates and organizational changes in HR systems
- Generate reports from HR systems
- Maintain and update key HR information and documentation:
- Intranet and internal employee engagement platform
- Employee handbook and internal policies
- Organization charts and other
🎯 Recruitment Support
- Coordinate the recruitment process:
- Post and manage job requisitions
- Screen candidates and conduct reference checks when needed
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Administer LinkedIn presence and updates
🚀 Onboarding & Employee Experience
- Support managers with a smooth employee onboarding experience by:
- Managing onboarding checklists
- Coordinate the onboarding process and support managers with onboarding tasks
🤝 Projects & Events
- Participate in HR initiatives, projects, and internal events that shape our workplace culture.
What We’re Looking For
🔹 1–2 years’ experience of administrative and coordinative work, preferably from HR or recruiting.
🔹 Degree or ongoing degree in Human resources, administration or similar.
🔹Strongs skills in Swedish and English, both written and verbally. Knowledge in other languages are meritorious.
🔹 Strong coordination skills and attention to details.
🔹 A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask.
🔹 A collaborative and service-minded approach.
You’re someone who likes to keep things organized and pays attention to the details. You enjoy working in a structured way and feel comfortable juggling several tasks at once without losing track. This role is very hands-on, so being able to stay focused and flexible is key.
To thrive here, you’ll need a good dose of patience, solid coordination skills, and a problem-solving mindset. You like helping others, are service-minded, and work well with different people.
